[SiLive] Judge says Daniel Pantaleo’s trial can move forward, but May 13 start date remains in doubt

“Make no mistake this is not over, Judge Madden’s ruling does not actually mean that the trial gets to start on Monday because now the family still has to wait for Judge Maldonado to make her decision because Pantaleo and his attorney are actually trying to challenge the charges, so this trial is supposed to start on Monday and they’re still waiting, they still have no idea if it’s going to start," said Loyda Colon, the co-director of the Justice Committee.
